Analysis

Reports and studies display online in HTML. No discoverable copies of the valuation are struck until the report is approved, so early drafts cannot be contested in discovery if the valuation changes during the appraisal process.

Certification

Final, approved drafts are released as PDFs for your records. Payment can be made on a per-report basis by online credit card, or by check or wire transfer.
